friendly relaxed atmosphere, helpfull staff, made to feel welcome. Excellent bathroom and very comfortable bedroom, very italianate styling.
I liked the old building, it had character. Hotel carefully avoided an attempt to be "international" and retained italian family atmosphere.

L'hotel è bellissimo....pulitissimo...in ottima posizione,la classificazione di 2stelle non rispecchia l'hotel curato nei minimi particolari....
Siamo state davvero benissimo tutto il personale magnifico...a partire dalla proprietaria!!!

disponibilità...cortesia....e bei sorrisi al mattino...il mix perfetto per un hotel.

Ottimo hotel, assolutamente non 2 stelle. Gentilezza, professionalità e pulizia lo rendono molto piacevole. In piu' ubicato in un palazzo storico gli conferisce quel non so che! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Siamo dispiaciuti di aver mancato di ringraziarvi per la vostra ospitalità e cortesia ed anche di augurarvi una buona Pasqua; purtroppo dovevamo per forza lasciarvi alle 06.00 del mattino.
Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza di 4 gg nella vostra stupenda città e vi assicuro che è un posto che fa innamorare.

L'hotel è situato in posizione perfetta,vicinissimo sia alla stazione che al centro della città!
Le camere sono bellissime,ben sopra le stelle della valutazione...ed il personale è di una gentilezza unica.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern, überaus nettem Personal und sehr, sehr leckerem Frühstück mit ausgesprochen freundlicher Bedienung. Kurz. unser Veronaurlaub war ein voller Erfolg und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
